Refund policy
The Shannon Kate Guarantee
We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your art purchase. If your artwork arrives in a condition that is significantly different from its description, fails to arrive, or is damaged during transit, we will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a full refund. In some instances, partial refunds, restoration, or exchanges might be more appropriate. Our Buyer Assurance Policy covers transactions up to $100,000 USD. For transactions exceeding this amount, our team is dedicated to helping you find the best resolution.
To benefit from our protection, you must:
- Complete your entire transaction, including all communications, through one of Shannon Kate’s secure checkout methods, which include Buy Now, Make Offer, and Make Offer in Inquiries.
- Report the issue to Shannon Kate's support team within our standard reporting window:
- Report items significantly different from their description within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
- Report items not received within 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
- Report authenticity concerns within 60 days of delivery.
- Provide requested photographic evidence of the issue, including photos of the artwork and its original packaging.
- Retain all packaging materials, both internal and external, as they may be necessary for inspection in the event of an insurance claim.
- If given the option, choose delivery options that require a signature upon receipt
If you pay the seller directly (e.g. via wire transfer, check, PayPal or other off-platform payment methods), the Shannon Kate Guarantee does not apply.
